Step down from the terrace and you are literally on the beach, a few barefoot steps from an early morning swim. The shaded terrace with cushion strewn couches is at its best in the early evening as the sun slips over the horizon casting a warm glow over the house's stone facade. Sundowners have never tasted better in this tranquil setting. The stone walls keep the house cool in summer and for the hottest months there is air conditioning both up and downstairs.

For relaxing in the sun you need never go further than the upstairs terrace. The view of 'Rabbit Island' and the entrance to Gümüşlük Bay varies only with the occasional passage of yachts. A recently added conservatory upstairs catches the sun in the cooler months, it’s a great spot to read a book and enjoy the view. The double bedroom has its own toilet and shower. Jenny has kept the village charm of the house intact, enhanced with woven Turkish cushion covers and kilims from her collection. The kitchen/lounge is well equipped for dining at home and children or extra guests can sleep on the downstairs divans or in the 'ship's cabin' half way up the stairs. The small downstairs bathroom also has a shower.
